Hello and welcome to my page. I'm Karen. An avid Yogi, musician & nature lover. Through music, movement, meditation and deep connection to nature through my sea swimming I found a healthy outlet for all the stress and anxieties that had been building up in me over the years. I also found my freedom. To connect deep within and find out who I truly am under all the layers, labels and pressures of life. I Life's experiences and encounters brought me on a huge journey to find myself, my true path, to Healing is not linear. It is always a work in progress. Sharing my journey, and all the learnings and teachings that helped me is why I created Tidal Soul Wellness. We can all be happy & free, if we invest in ourselves and our wellbeing ♥

kirtan कीर्तन
Kirtan meditation is a coming together of a community, to meditate through , usually in a call & response way. This form of meditation allows one to drop out of their head and into the . It is a great way to use your breath & voice to soothe your soul. Kirtan meditation allows for energy to flow freer throughout the body causing energetic shifts, releasing of tension, creating clarity of mind and be one with yourself. It is a powerful practice that has so many benefits for the mind, body & soul.

Kirtan is essentially the rhythmic repetition of words, phrases, or syllables. Because it occupies your mind to chant or sing the sounds, it stops your normal train of thought and clears your mind. Some forms of Kirtan will also include finger-tapping to engage more of your senses

Sound Healing is the therapeutic application of sound frequencies to the body/mind of people with the intention of bringing them into a state of harmony and health. Using sound to massage your cells it is non invasive therapy that relaxes the mind and allows deep rest and healing to occur as the sound pulsates and vibrates releasing tensions and energy blocks.
It is a safe, gentle yet very effective way to bring balance, harmony and healing to your body, mind and spirit. Using a mix of instruments, vocal toning and heart song to bring your body into a relaxed state where deep healing can then occur.
Emotional Freedom Technique, tapping (or EFT Tapping), is a technique which combines gentle tapping on key meridian / acupuncture points while tuning into a problem which could be emotional pain, stress, unhappy memories, physical pain or fearful events past, present or future.
Tapping sends a vibration down the energy line which shifts the block a little bit. You keep doing this until the block is cleared. Very often, after a few minutes of tapping, people say that they feel calmer, lighter and more relaxed.
